    Where is Popularity® located?

    We are located in The Montecito Crossing Shopping Center at 6640 N. Durango Drive Suite 140 in the Centennial Hills neighborhood of Las Vegas, NV. We are on the east side of Durango Drive between the 215 Beltway and Deer Springs Way. (That’s about 20 minutes from The Strip for you out of towners.)     What are your hours of operation?

    We are open:

    11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday through Thursday

    11:00 AM – 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday

    We are closed Sunday.

    Is your website secure?

    We use industry standard security technology on all of our websites to keep your personal information private. To confirm that you’ve got a secure connection, please check your address bar to ensure that your web browser is displaying that the connection is secure.

    Can I order over the phone?

    Sure. Give us a call at (702) 631-0370 and we’ll be happy to help. It may take us an extra minute to figure out all the shipping stuff that the website generally does for us, but we’ll make it work.

    Which forms of payment do you accept online?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

    Can I order online and pick up my order in your store?

    If you’d like to pick up at our store, please give us a call at (702) 631-0370.

    I am placing a large order, will that take longer?

    It most cases, no. However, for orders over $250 we do request that you give us a call at (702) 631-0370, we may be able to save you some money using shipping methods not available on our website.

    When will my order ship?

    We ship everything as soon as possible. Depending on the shipping service we may ship on Saturdays, but in general all orders will be filled Monday-Friday. Our goal is to have all orders on their way within three business days. If there are any delays we will be sure to notify you as soon as we possibly can.

    What should I consider while selecting my delivery service?

    Something to consider when it comes to shipping is whether you’ve ordered chocolate drizzled popcorn or popcorn that includes chocolate.

    We keep all of your orders in our climate controlled facility until they are picked up by the delivery service. After that it’s all luck and a result of the weather along the shipments route to your home. Ground shipping usually takes place in non-climate controlled trucks that will reach temperatures that will melt chocolate during warmer weather. The temperature at your doorstep/in your mailbox should definitely be considered as well. FedEx and the USPS can make no guarantees as to the temperature of the shipment as it travels across the country, and therefore we can’t either.

    It never hurts to be on the safe side. If the shipping prices are reasonable please consider upgrading to an air service versus a ground service. If the weather in Las Vegas and points between Las Vegas and your house are forecast to be below 70-80 degrees it may be worth it to gamble with ground service. After all, Popularity® is “Happiness Popped In Las Vegas” who wouldn’t like a little gamble?

    I'm ordering a gift for a friend, what do you suggest?

    You can never go wrong with a Windy City Mix, the sweet and salty mix of the Caramel and Cheddar mixed together is something that almost everyone can appreciate.

    If you want to go with something a little more different, check out the Salted Caramel Chocolate, Black Tie, or Cinnamon Bun.

    If they’re savory people, cheddar always works, and almost everyone loves the Sour Cream and Cheddar or the Sour Cream and Onion.

    If they really really like spicy stuff, go with the Cheddar Habanero.

    How spicy are your spicy flavors?

    Everyone has different opinions of how spicy things are. We’ll give you the basics based on our customer feedback.

    White Cheddar Jalapeno is the least spicy of all of our spicy flavors. On a scale of “normal people” (meaning not people that are eating Ghost Peppers out of a jar while watching TV) it would get a 1-2 out of 10.

    Spicy Cheddar is the next spiciest. On the 1-10 scale, it’s a 4-5.

    Cheddar Habanero is the most spicy. On the 1-10 scale, it usually gets a 6-7.

    Will you send me a receipt?

    Of course. You will receive a confirmation email generated directly from the ordering system as soon as your order is placed. In addition we will email you shipping information as soon as your order is set up for shipping.

    Can I use my Popularity® Gift Card Online?

    Due to the limitations of our system, we are not able to accept gift card purchases online. Please give us a call at (702) 631-0370 or stop by the store for all gift card purchases.

    Oh no, I messed up my address, can we fix it?

    Assuming the order hasn’t already shipped we can fix anything. Just use our contact page and let us know what happened and we’ll get everything sorted out. You are also welcome to call us at (702) 631-0370. Leave a message if we’re not available and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

    Can you ship to Canada/Japan/Ethiopia, etc?

    As of right now, we only ship to the fifty United States. Hopefully soon we’ll be able to ship worldwide. We will definitely put something on our page letting you know what that is the case.

    Can I ship to a PO Box?

    We use the US Postal Service and FedEx as our shipping providers. The USPS is able to ship to PO Boxes and FedEx can not. The ordering system is set up to not allow you to select FedEx shipping to PO Boxes. However, if the system doesn’t do its job we will change the shipping method to the closest service level you selected that is provided through the USPS.

    How do I use a coupon code?

    You can enter your coupon code in the section provided on the checkout page. If the code is valid it will discount your order by the amount indicated with the code.

    Do you guys charge sales tax?

    We do not charge sales tax on out of state orders. We are located in Las Vegas, NV and if your shipping or billing address includes a zip code that is within the State of Nevada we are required to charge Nevada/Clark County sales tax.

    Can I change/cancel my order?

    Of course you can. Please give us a call at (702) 631-0370 on the day you placed the order and we’ll get everything set up the way you like it.


    Is Popularity® A Franchise?

    Nope. We are just us. That’s not to say that someday we won’t be in the franchise business, just that we’re not in the franchise business now.

    What does air popped mean?

    Air Popped popcorn is awesome. You know that awesome smell you get when you walk into a movie theater? We don’t have that. We love the smell too, but that alluring scent is actually the smell of the oils in which the popcorn is popped heating up. Sure it smells good, but it’s not exactly great for you.

    Air popping basically means we pop our popcorn in a big oven, the only thing that is in our popper when the corn is being popped is popcorn. That means that when the popped kernels come out of our big popcorn popper the only thing that is there is real popcorn. It’s not saturated in that partially hydrogenated popping oil you may be used to.

    We believe it creates a higher quality popcorn kernel that can absorb as much of the awesome ingredients we use to flavor our popcorn as possible. It’s a lighter, more delicate popcorn that won’t give you that feeling you get when you eat foods that are saturated in oil. So you can eat more and enjoy more. We would never say it’s a health food, but the fact that our popcorn starts off without being covered in oil makes it healthier than the alternative.

    What type of shelf life does your popcorn have?

    We ship all of our popcorn in sealed bags. Since we do not use any artificial preservatives we suggest you eat your Popularity® Gourmet Popcorn within a month. Remember, the bags are resealable, so if you don’t finish everything, just seal it back up and save it.

    Do you sell gift cards?

    We do sell gift cards in store. Stop by and we’ll get you set up.

    Where's the buttered popcorn?

    We don’t make buttered popcorn. It’s not because we think we’re too good for buttered popcorn or that it’s not fancy enough, it’s that we literally do not know how to make buttered popcorn that is up to our standards. When it comes to our ingredients we use nothing but the best, most real ingredients we can find. That means if we’re going to make buttered popcorn we’re going to use real butter. Unfortunately, real butter has a lot of moisture in it that makes the popcorn soggy after a while. If we brown the butter to remove the moisture we wind up using so much butter that we’d wind up charging more for butter popcorn than one of our awesome caramel popcorn flavors.

    We had to make a call, so it’s no butter for us.

    I get the reasons for not having butter, but there's no kettle corn either. What's up?

    Kettle corn requires the use of oil to be done correctly, and since we don’t use oil to pop our popcorn we don’t have kettle corn.

    Want to make kettle corn at home? Here’s a recipe:


    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
    • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt


    1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn and sugar. Give the kernels a quick stir and then cover with a lid.
    2. Once the popcorn starts popping, carefully pick the pot up and give it a quick shake every few seconds until the popping slows down, between 3-4 minutes. Remove immediately from the heat and pour the kettle corn into a large bowl.
    3. Sprinkle with salt and serve immediately. Do not make the mistake of removing the pot from heat without transferring to a bowl. Due to the high heat of the pot, if you don’t transfer the popcorn it will caramelize and perhaps burn.
    Do you do fundraising?

    We do not have a program where you go out and pre-sell popcorn and have the orders fulfilled at a later date. However, we do like helping our local schools and non-profits. Give us a call or shoot us an email and we’ll see if we can work something out.

    Are you guys really fans of the Chicago Cubs? That's got to be brutal, you know they haven't won a World Series championship in over 100 years and that the entire organization is probably cursed. Why don't you just pick another team?

    Dietary/Allergen Questions.

    Are you guys Peanut Friendly?

    We’re not “peanut unfriendly.” As of right now we do not use any peanuts on the premises here at the shop. However, our flavors that include chocolate in the ingredients do use chocolate that is produced in a facility that also produces peanuts.

    I have a gluten free diet, what can I order?

    All of our standard flavors are gluten free with the exception of Cookies and Cream. From time to time we may have seasonal or special flavors that do include gluten. Please check with us if there is any concern.

    Do you have any Vegan friendly flavors?

    We love dairy. We use a lot of dairy. All of our caramel flavors use real butter and our cheeses include real cheese.

    However, we do have a few vegan friendly flavors including our Hot Cinnamon and all of our Popularity® Naturals flavors.
